Video: Food for Peace Agreement between U.S. and India in 1960

Photo and audio clip of President Eisenhower at the signing of the 1960 Food for Peace agreement between the United States and India. The agreement not only sent rice and wheat but helped to establish food reserves in India in the event of future emergency shortages. See the video on YouTube.
